About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Product Manager / Scrum Master-style Lead to drive our enterprise deployments, streamline specs and sprints, and collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and integration teams.
You will take high-level product goals and PRDs and turn them into sprint-ready tasks, design feedback, and API requirement documents. This role sits at the center of our engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn PRDs into clear specs, sprints, and tasks using ClickUp
- Run weekly sprint planning and standups across engineering squads
- Coordinate API documentation for transaction ingestion, card linking, and offer tagging
- Manage QA testing and ensure bug resolution and timelines
- Work directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and translate to internal specs
- Organize backlog prioritization with engineering and product leads
- Ensure all edge cases are thought through and documented
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in Technical Product Management, Program Management, or Scrum Master roles
- Background in fintech or working with engineering-heavy B2B SaaS platforms
- Familiar with card-linked offers, payment networks, or loyalty programs a big plus
- Proven ability to move fast, organize chaos, and help teams ship reliably
- Comfortable driving sprint execution and acting as the connective tissue between CTO, product, and design
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Fidel, Plaid, or other financial APIs
- Strong ClickUp or Jira experience
- Has launched or scaled enterprise fintech platforms or rewards systems
