Sales & Strategy Intern

Mission:

Aggressively drive Kalder’s revenue growth through relentless outbound sales, automated CRM processes, and strategic initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of customer acquisition and relationship management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute 200 customized outbound sales communications daily (calls, emails, messages) using AI-assisted automation tools.
  • Automate outbound sales and CRM logging processes, leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI sales assistants (Apollo.io, Outreach.io).
  • Maintain consistent daily engagement with high-profile enterprise and e-commerce brands, ensuring effective onboarding and relationship nurturing.
  • Conduct financial modeling, strategic market analysis, and KPI tracking to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Lead and execute high-impact strategic sales and marketing projects aligned with Kalder’s top-line growth objectives.

Required Tech Stack & Skills:

  • Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Expertise in outbound sales automation tools (Apollo.io, Outreach.io, SalesLoft).
  • Experience with analytics and data visualization software (Tableau, Looker).
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and results-oriented execution.

Bonus:

  • Enterprise sales, account management, pricing strategies experience.
  • Understanding of product-led growth for consumer brands.
  • Clearly articulate what you’re exceptionally good at, your desired contributions, and proactively diagnose what Kalder needs—so we can have a focused conversation!
