About Lawhive
Lawhive is a global, AI-native law firm. Operating in the US and UK, we’ve built our own agentic operating system for legal services.
We partner with leading Main Street law firms to give lawyers and back-office teams the AI platform, marketing, and operational support to grow faster than they could alone. Our specialized AI agent for legal work, Lawrence, works alongside lawyers, putting human legal judgment right where it belongs: at the center of every matter.
We're backed by a $60M Series B at a $685M valuation, from investors including Google Ventures, TQ Ventures, Mitch Rales, Balderton Capital and Premier League footballers Harry Maguire and Reece James. In the last few years we've hit milestone after milestone, raising over $110M in funding. Today, we're on track to exceed $100 million in annual revenue, and we have offices in London, New York, Austin, and Phoenix.
So if you want your work to have real, tangible impact as we redefine an entire industry, Lawhive is where you can make it happen.
Finance at Lawhive
We're a lean finance team working across Lawhive's UK and US group, partnering with every part of the business from product and engineering to legal operations and the exec team. Over the next 12 to 18 months we're focused on:
Building the systems, controls and reporting for a multi-entity group on the path to audit
Creating real-time, decision-grade data on cash flow, margins and unit economics
Bringing acquired entities into one unified finance function
Automating workflows across payables, payroll, tax, FP&A and revenue accounting
If you want a finance role where the problems are real and the impact is visible across the whole company, this is it.
Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to own financial planning for a fast-scaling, multi-entity group. This is the only FP&A role in the business, so you'll own forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling end to end, working directly with finance leadership and senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
This is a role for someone who has built FP&A foundations before, ideally in a startup or scale-up. You'll know what good looks like in a high-growth environment, be comfortable creating structure from ambiguity, and be ready to act as a trusted advisor on performance, trade-offs and strategy as we scale across the UK and US.
