We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.

We’re doing diagnostics differently, with a portfolio of brands tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our world-class customer operations team. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.

We’re looking for a Part-time Office Manager & PA at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

This role is expected to be around 3 days per week in our Sandy Springs office. There can be some flexibility on days/times, however, this is an on-site role.

As Office Manager/PA you will ensure our office runs efficiently; that staff guests and visitors are welcomed into a safe and inviting space. You will ensure compliance across health and safety and work closely with IT and Leaders in ensuring we are equipped for new starters. In your PA role you will provide support to our CEO, CPO and visiting Exec in collaboration with our EA to the CEO.

This role reports to our Chief People Officer (CPO).

As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:

  • Maintaining onsite desk management and visitor logging tool

  • Ensuring a clean, clear office space at all times

  • Managing office purchasing

  • Managing deliveries and mail

  • Contributing to our culture through event planning and catering

  • Organising spaces for meetings and visiting staff

  • Light diary management for Exec to include internal and external meetings.

  • Collaborating with EA to the CEO on larger scale events or visiting staff needs

  • Supporting IT and HR in the onboarding of new staff where needed.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:

  • You are highly organised with an ability to stay one step ahead

  • You are creative and bring office spaces to life

  • You effectively communicate across a variety of internal stakeholders

  • You can set clear boundaries and efficient processes

  • You are unflappable - when things don’t go to plan, you quickly course correct

  • You are highly confidential, trusted by Exec leaders with access to their diaries and emails

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability:

  1. Introductory call/interview with our People and Talent Co-Ordinator. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.

  2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview that will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.

  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment, or further video calls. Length varies, but we’re mindful of your time and try to keep it as simple as possible.

  4. Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.

  5. Offer!

BENEFITS:

We go beyond the basics with our benefits package. Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 FTE (to be pro-rata’d to 3 days per week)

  • 401k

  • Healthcare, Vision and Dental

  • All the equipment needed for you to do your role effectively

  • Flexible working

  • Remote or hybrid working options

  • Personal Development budgets

  • 18 days PTO plus public holidays

  • 10 paid sick days

  • Inclusive policies designed by our team, for our team
