We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.

Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.
We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst at an exciting time. We’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY. This role reports into Rob, FP&A Manager, and will work closely with him and Phil, our VP of FP&A.
WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:
Based in our Atlanta office, the Senior FP&A Analyst will play a central role in planning, reporting, and decision support, turning complex data into clear insights that drive action. Reporting into the FP&A Manager, you will help establish strong rhythms for forecasting and month-end, strengthen our cost and headcount visibility, and reduce manual work through cleaner processes and automation.
As we are still a small team, you can expect to get involved in all aspects of FP&A; however, your responsibilities will include:
Owning global cost analytics, creating a vendor taxonomy, monthly cost bridges, and savings opportunities
Headcount and payroll analytics, maintaining the hiring plan, reconciling to HR/payroll, and producing monthly HC and payroll bridges
Supporting the month-end close, including pre-close checks, accrual and prepayment reviews, and post-close variance analysis with clear commentary
Preparing monthly reporting across US and UK P&L, with concise insights on revenue, gross margin, opex, EBITDA, and cash
Building and maintaining operational KPI reporting
Contributing to budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting, including driver updates, scenario and sensitivity analysis
Supporting cashflow forecasting, including the 13-week view and longer-term planning, in partnership with Accounting and AR
Improving data quality and automation in Excel and FP&A tools
Providing ad hoc analysis for commercial opportunities, pricing, & strategic partnerships
THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE:
A single, trusted view of global costs with monthly bridges and owner actions
A reliable headcount and payroll bridge that aligns hiring plans with run-rate and budget
A repeatable close support playbook that shortens the variance cycle and improves accuracy
Automated, insight-led US and UK P&L and operational KPI reporting that reduces manual effort
Becoming a trusted commercial partner to the business, building relationships beyond the finance team
WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:
You don’t need to tick every box to apply. If you learn fast and love turning chaos into clarity, we want to hear from you.
3–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics in a high-growth environment, healthcare or marketplace experience is a plus
Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, dynamic arrays, and scenario analysis
Experience with cost and headcount analytics, including vendor taxonomy, HC reconciliation, and payroll bridges
Understanding of accounting close processes and how journals flow into FP&A reporting
Familiarity with BI or cube tools
Clear communication that turns analysis into practical recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
Bias to automate and document, comfortable working with imperfect data while improving it
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment
HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:
We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress quickly. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability:
Introductory call or interview with Devin, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
If there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager, Rob. This more structured interview will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment, or further video calls. Length varies, but we’re mindful of your time and keep it as simple as possible.
