Your Impact
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will help ensure that marketing efforts are focused, prioritized, and aligned to driving meaningful pipeline outcomes.
This role sits across the full funnel and plays a key role in shaping how Torch builds and scales its demand engine. You will help determine what we should run, who we should target, and how channels work together to drive pipeline.
You’ll take a data-driven approach to growth — using audience segmentation, performance insights, and experimentation to continuously improve how we acquire, engage, and convert our ideal customers.
This role is not about running isolated campaigns. It’s about ensuring every campaign is intentional, targeted to the right audience, and contributes to overall funnel performance.
